Really enjoyed this 2 week cruise from Barbados good ports of call, Grand suite cabin was fantastic the best room on 20+ cruises, huge balcony with lots of room for everything in the cabin. main restaurant food was really good buffet was ok but had better with other cruise lines, poolside entertainment team were very good, unfortunately one of the poolside acts was a piano player I think his last job was playing in a crematorium and he brought the music with him, he did not go down very well, the Sax player was better but not really poolside entertainment, if in doubt stick with music requests on the pool deck. the entertainment team put on some good night time quiz shows with funny audience interaction, the second week had a very good comedian on he was an improvement in the comedy magician the on first week. really enjoyed San Juan Puerto Rico, St Kitts, St lucia, St Martin and St Vincent. now the downside we booked the premium drinks package unfortunately due to shortages (not really TUIs fault) we couldn't get the beer we purchased the package for so we spoke to the bar manager and the purser and they removed us from the premium package, as I have had problems in the past with TUI customer service I asked for confirmation of the package being removed so I could get a refund on return to the UK this was made by the purser and I was given a copy of his report as they could not make the refund on the ship.

up till now TUI have made every excuse not to give a refund the last one was I booked through an agent and not them so I need to get a refund from the agent, this is still ongoing and really puts a negative for me booking a cruise with TUI again
