Holland America's Navigator is a poor Joke. HAL internet is like dial-up on a party line. Painfully slow, many sites won't load, not talking YouTube or games, you can barely get basic emails. If there's an attachment forget it. I wasn't even able to view my home wifi thermostat on board. Yet on shore literally just walking thru Visitors Center using free wifi I could view and adjust my temperature at home, plus view security cameras. Couldn't do either on board.

We cruised on Princess a couple months ago with cheapest internet package blows HAL away. Princesses app is also much better and more useful than HAL NavigatorApp.

I thought the employee on HAL were very friendly and helpful, food was better than when I was in the Army, but not great. Also items that were free on Princess, cost on HAL. I do like that HAL was a smaller boat with less people which will bring me back, probably.

Cabin Review

Balcony, great view, bathroom sink drain leaked. Plumber tried at least 3 times to fixed 10 days in it's still dripping. Even with the problem we are very happy with the roo and cabin attendant.
