The cruise started out great, with getting through quickly and getting onboard. The porters need work on writing the room numbers correctly, many of us didn’t get our bags because of hand writing. It seems like at this point in 2023 there should be something printed like at the airport. The boarding times didn’t matter, they just put us in one long line and let people in about 100 at a time. The rooms are nice, but the water decanters are not ideal for more than one person, at least put a fill station near the elevator. We didn’t get the extra 50$ added to our bar tab like promised, I had to go down to guest service 6 times the first day. Each thing was not a huge deal, but the minor annoyances started to add up ruining our experience the first day. The app is terrible, and I help develop healthcare apps, so I know bad when I see it. It’s just not user friendly and too glitchy. Having to sit at a table and have a server come around when I just want a salad to take to the room is not efficient. When it gets crowded and there’s not a table they wouldn’t let me just order. We had to wait for an open seat. The lack of late night options was surprising for a cruise, especially when the club didn’t close until 0200. Pizza or the diner (food was terrible) are the only choices. The food is a simple fix, just let the grab and go stay open at night. It just didn’t make sense. There was a ramen place and sandwich shop that both closed at 1500 (3pm) during the day, also made no sense. The cocktails were similar to Nashville TN prices but the liquor was cheaper and there are not many beer options. Cozumel was not a good choice for many of us, Cancun would’ve been better. But, the Beach Bimini stop was Amazing! Such a nice way to end our trip. The food there made many of us sick, but that wasn’t until we left. The beach was clean, not filled with people selling things, just a nice relaxing atmosphere with lots of music. A couple more bar tenders would help speed up getting a drink and maybe have a check out system for chairs (many large groups were on this trip).

A long review, but overall I won’t go with them again. Will stick with Holland or Norwegian.
