Food:
The food was all previously frozen and catered to vegans and those who apparently don't like to eat. The restaurants weren't anything to write home about.
The Galley was such a joke. You had to scan a QR code to get the menu, put up a flag at your table and then a waiter/waitress would come and take your order - but be careful, because even though the menu says that there is something available, it will not be, such as hashbrowns with breakfast, no potatoes available at all with breakfast. Also, don't get too excited because your meal does not come at once. We were a party of four for most of our meals, and one person would get their meal and finish before the second person got theirs. If you waited for everyone to get their food yours would be cold. I ordered a coffee with breakfast one day and it took 75 minutes to get my coffee, if I hadn't paid for it I would have said forget it. Lastly, there was no way of knowing what the galley was serving for dinner that night unless you specifically went to the galley to find out.
The bed was a platform bed about 15" inches off the floor, that could be changed into a couch but cabin service wasn't offered twice a day as per the cabin steward. There was one chair in the room and a stool, both of which were uncomfortable. The shower was so small (I'm only 5'3") and when I washed my hair my elbow kept hitting the shower door which prompted it to fly open. The balcony had two steel, hardback chairs and one hammock. For the person in the hammock, cool, for someone trying to sit out there to read a book or watch the passing ocean, you will end up sitting on the bed inside the room. Plenty hanging space, however, drawer storage is lacking. Overall, the Sea Terrace room was not properly equipped for two ADULT humans.
The music is LOUD! DO NOT GET A CABANA! I purchased a beach cabana for $500 and was placed right in front of the pool where the music was so loud that I had a headache within an hour of being there. I contacted Sailor Services there on site and they said that there was nothing that they could do because all the cabanas are sold out. They suggested I find chairs on the beach away from the pool area - I explained that is why I got a BEACH cabana, to be on the beach, with shade to listen to the waves and have some nice relaxing reading time. They couldn't offer me a solution so my party of 4 left after less than 2 hours.
