This was our first cruise and the experience was more than expected. Everything was so easy, from boarding to disembarkation. I don’t even know where to begin. Zack the cruise director was awesome (funny, witty, welcoming)….he totally needs his own show! Lady Ocean (Fun Squad member) treated everyone like they were part of HER family! Absolutely loved her. The cleanliness of this ship was unbelievable. Endless food and there was always something available to eat for even the pickiest of eaters. I can not talk about food without mentioning the Washington Dining Room, especially our servers for the 5 days. Martin, David and Carlos….what a remarkable team! The food was great, but the service from these three wonderful men was outstanding! Thank you gentlemen for welcoming us EVERY single night with smiles! I would be remiss in not sending out a huge thank you to our housekeeping hero, Heri! Out room was always clean and I personally loved the different towel animals that welcomed me every day. Thank you to all the staff that made our first cruise so memorable that it will certainly not be our last!
