We chose this cruise mainly for the Christmas atmosphere, the interesting and unfamiliar locations, and the Christmas Markets. The weather was a bigger influence than we planned on. We weren't expecting so much ice and snow and such cold temperatures. The tours were mostly good and the scenery was amazing. I wish we could have had more time in the markets. When you book your excursions, they say you will go to the Christmas Markets but usually we had very limited time, less than an hour. Our room was wonderful, we had a deluxe veranda. The ship was in perfect condition, the crew was great. We had a post excursion in Prague. Absolutely loved Prague, will definitely try to go again and spend more time. We stayed at the Augustine Hotel which had a very nice location. But the access was very tight and the larger busses couldn't fit. This meant we had to go in a small van to the Marriott where we met up with the rest of the Viking guests to get on a large bus for our excursions. It just seemed like wasted time for us.
