We were interested in European Christmas markets and this seemed the easiest way to see a bunch. What a great decision. The Viking Ingvi crew was wonderful. The steward took excellent care of the our cabin. Dining staff made mouthwatering meals and the selection of local foods for dinner was exciting. Our rule when traveling is to not eat what we could have at home and the menu did not disappoint, so many choices.

Our cabin was very comfortable and we met the nicest people. The shore excursions to the markets were very interesting. Some mobility problems resulted in us joining the less strenuous tour groups called on various days, the fast and furious, the leisurely group and the favorite, gentle walkers.

Other highlights were the daily informational programs presented in the elegant lounge and the local after dinner entertainment. Read more
