I booked this cruise for a treat for my sister daughter and grandson to go to the Christmas Markets. I have done over 80 cruises in the past but decided to book this ship as taking 6 year old. After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised. Cabin great and shower amazing. Tea and coffee facilities. Very comfy beds. Great value for money and only bumped into snobby Cunard type passengers once. I stopped doing Cunard or P and O 20 year ago

as like to mix with multicultural passengers and not interested in making polite conversation with people only interested in what you have. I have travelled for 34 years on everything from Seabourn Azamamara,Celebrity, Royal Caribbean to Thomsons. Every ship suits different people. This ship is great if you like a busy full on cruise with kids activities and games. Food was good. Service was exceptional. Cleanliness was 2nd to none. Entertainment was very good. My husband would have hated it as likes a quiet holiday but we got exactly what we expected and more. Great holiday for kids. Saying that I wouldnt like to be on it in the summer as for such a big ship pool looked too small but for the price you cannot complain. Would go on it again.
