We enjoyed our River Cruise in 2016 with Viking on the Danube very much, tours, dining and onboard experience that we decided to try Ocean Cruise to get a different Viking experience. Our tours were interrupted in 2020 and we were excited to be back in 2022. The dining was a very good experience, always a good variety in the World Cafe and the more formal dining areas were excellent. The staff in the restaurants was friendly and always willing to assist. We complimented the chef and my Fiancé wondered if she could get the recipe on the amazing fish stew. The Chef came out and spoke to us, later providing the recipe. The other staff members were also friendly, always willing to assist and were asking us about our experience and offering to make out time more enjoyable. The tours were well planned, and informative with excellent guides. The extended tours were excellent and well worth the extra. The onboard entertainment was very good and relaxing. We loved the Explorers lounge was our favorite evening, drink before or after dinner location. Will stay with Viking.
