I am presently on the ship in a Haven suite. Aesthetically, the ship is very pretty but falls short almost everywhere else. The service is subpar. As a Haven guest, you are paying the extra added amenities which are just not there. When I got to the pool today, I could not find anyone to give us towels. (They do not have a stand). I had to go to the bar and have them call several people before I was able to get a few towels. Instead of setting up the pool bed for me they basically threw the towels at me. I then waited 1/2 hour for someone to come over with a menu. There were about 6 things on the menu which is fine but I asked for a flatbread from the Haven restaurant. The answer was “no”. Mind you, the restaurant is ten steps away. I would have sat there but i was soaking wet. I then went to the Haven desk where they also said “no” but they would deliver it to my room. Seriously????
The gym….. The weight area is beyond tiny. The fitness instructor had to leave the ship so there are no classes whatsoever. Not even yoga. As a matter of fact, you can’t even find a place anywhere on the ship to do you own yoga. Also, no walking track. So you have to go to the gym if you want an exercise
The luxury spa is beautiful, but dont bring a tote because the lockers are tiny. They also do not supply flip flops and the floors are very slippery. “No warning signs and they don’t tell you to bring your own shoes”.
Cabin is well appropriated. There is more than enough storage. shower beautiful and balcony large. The bed is super comfortable with a very cozy cover.
