We thought it was a simple and easy getaway from Vancouver. Down the coast to Santa Barbara, CA then to San Diego and home from LA. The Food was so poor in quality, temperature, and presentation. From overcooked salmon, and cooled escargot to rotten lettuce, tomato and cucumbers. Just to name a few things. The app system went down three things. Internet is overpriced at $28 CDN a day. All the above was passed on to the Manager. This was my 6 th cruise with RC and 16th overall. I have told them I will not cruise with them until they address the issues. I received a stock answer “ We will look into and fix it “.

I would have thought that after moving on from Covid.RC would go all out.

From the Executive Chef down , didn't understand attention to the small details to keep the guest happy!

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Clean but needed work. Old cabinets, broken door latches. Needed a makeover.

Port Reviews
