I chose this itinerary because I was on a B2B2B. I boarded the Radiance on 9/23 for the 11 night Hawaii and stayed on 10/4 for the 2nd Hawaiian cruise and decided to stay on for this 10/15 Pacific Coast cruise. The first two cruises were unremarkable while this last leg was remarkably bad. It coincided with spring break and there were too many unsupervised, unruly kids.

I had remained in the same verandah stateroom for all 3 legs of this journey. The cabin steward, Kerwin, did an excellent job and always had my room looking cleaned up and tidy. There was a problem with the toilet flushing one day and after two calls to maintenance someone came up and cleared it up. The bathroom had a faint sewage smell coming from the shower and if bleach was poured down the drain, or if the water flowed, it went away. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage for me travelling solo.

I am basing my dining score on the last 5 days. It was terrible with kids playing with knives, running around and going in and out from under the tables. Parents, tame your children. It's not my responsibility nor the waiters to discipline your children. At one point I wanted to go take a knife away from a 4 year old that kept making stabbing motions towards another child. Why would parents sit all their children at a table alone while they sat amongst themselves ignoring the kids is beyond me. Yes, they may have wanted the peacefulness of doing this, but it imposed on all of the adults without kids. Or they should have put all the families in an area by themselves.
