I have sailed 8 times with princess. Mom likes princess because that is the only cruise line she has gone with. She is not one to complain. However we all agreed on the following. Staff was extremely rude and condescending at times. Did not go out of their way to make it a personal encounter. Everyone seemed like strangers and very unhappy. We opt for formal dining our server and wait staff was not attentive. We asked to be moved to another section which was a little better but not happy and personal as in other cruises. However one of the managers Agnola was exceptional. The food was very bad and some not edible. Not very many choices. The wait times were outrageous. The shows were terrible and only went to one. Very unfortunate and shameful for Princess to offer such a bad experience as a competitive cruise line. Even Mom agrees to try another cruise line!

Cabin Review

Balcony

Had to change stewards. As the one we had never touched our room until 2:30 in the afternoon and when in a cruise I don’t expect to remake my bed after he did. We then got assigned Eden who we never saw but was excellent!
