My family likes to cruise and we have been on many other cruise lines. Most of our cruise experiences have been quite enjoyable. Occasionally, you run into an issue or two that almost always ends up getting resolved.

This was my first time on a Princess Cruise. We booked this cruise for 10 of us to celebrate my wife's birthday. From the beginning everybody had non-stop issues and it completely ruined our trip. At the end we all agreed we would never do a Princess Cruise again.
