This cruise has to be the worst cruise in existence. It's absolutely disgusting, old and run down, and has the worst food I have ever had in my life. We literally had chunks of the bathroom counter taken out around the sink (complete refurbish was great), smelled like a sewer as you walk into the buffet, we ate at the specialty dining and still all had food poising for 2 nights. Also we learned that Norwegian can care less about their customers and as soon as your booked, good luck because they will turn their back on you fully, the people that work the phones are clueless to the world. We had a birthday card and cake ordered for one of our rooms, they put the cake and card in the room on the wrong day and spelled the names wrong. Cruise line is a joke, if you want a real cruise go on Celebrity.
