I have been on this cruise in 2014 & 2017. Prior to the cruise I was happy to see they have an app but it was useless and any info was best retrieved using their website. This time was a huge disappointment overall. Restaurants and bars were opened with limited hours or closed early or not open at all. For breakfast and lunch there were not enough options other than the buffet. They didn’t seem to have the supplies needed for all the food and drink. Excursions were way overpriced and disappointing. On the bright side departing the ship was the most organized and easiest I have experienced. I have been unable to get my room charges they said would be emailed. After frustrating chats and phone call the only way to get the charges was to complete a form which they say will take up to 30 days to review. Norwegian was my favorite cruise line until 2022 now I’ll find another.

Cabin Review

Very small but clean. The closet was not big enough for two people to use.
