The ship is old, small and with few amenities compared to newer, larger boats. We encountered many hassles including key card that didn't work despite taking a new picture and getting a new card 3 days in a row. There is also an unbearably foul smell on certain parts of the ship which are public areas, not some out of the way part of the ship. The staff are courteous. The fitness center is small, cramped, with no air conditioning and the treadmills are very old. While there are many dining options the menus are very limited. Don't take the package that includes your flight because they'll give you flights at 6 AM and 11 PM. With any questions about the booking such as upgrades, customer service was very difficult and inflexible. The best part of our experience of being on the ship was our steward who did an amazing job taking care of our room.
