I booked this last minute because they were the only one to do Alaska cruises during covid. For my wife and I it was over $22000 for a not so great room. The food was poor the service was terrible. After 3 nights we were told they were cancelling the cruise because a couple of crew and a couple of passengers had covid. We sat in our rooms for a day and then had to get off the ship. We had to pay for our own taxi to get to town. There was no plane out that day so we had stay in a hotel at our own charge. After all of that they only offered us 30% back on the cruise and nothing on all the extras we had to pay. They didn't even help anyone with the flights home. HORRIBLE

I have been on Silver Seas Regent Seabourn and Winstar. This cruise line does not even come close
