We just finished a 10 Grand Puget Sound/San Juan Island cruise with American Cruise Line on the Constellation. First is was one of the most beautiful cruises I have ever been on. The islands are green, cool and gorgeous. But, what really made this cruise for us was the crew. Christopher was the cruise director. He was funny, entertaining and so organized. Rick, the hotel manager was equally fun to be around, always smiling and happy, Sean the restaurant manager was also so personable and friendly. There was not anything a guest could ask that was too small or too big. Anything you needed or wanted was taken care of. Our main waiter, Jake was so efficient and again so personable and yet professional. The bartender Ray was awesome, she knew what we wanted by the second day. Our housekeeper was a delight. I felt by the end of this cruise I had friends. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it to be shared with our new friends. The room was spacious, well appointed and nice and bright and clean. The beds were so comfortable you didn't want to get out of it but the tours were waiting for us. There was an abundance of tours to choose from and there was something for everyone. The pre-cruise package was great, everything including the luggage was taken care of for you, it was waiting in our room for us. I would recommend this cruise and American Cruise Line to anyone interested in being treated very well and who like to see the US. AAA+++
The room was spacious, fresh and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room for our clothes and enjoyed the view from the sliding glass door. Out house keeper was wonderful and kept our room well stocked and clean.
