My sister had cruised to Alaska thru princess cruises so I decided to book thru this cruise line. It was very disappointing with how chaotic it was once we embarking on the ship. Some of the staff hardly spoke English which made communication impossible. The medallion system was not functioning at times due to bad connection. The food staff constantly asking if we had "drink beverage package" which this is where the medallion should have come into play; very annoying. Also, lack of entertainment on the ship, very low scale. No music was played on open deck, this would have been nice. The food was very much the same daily; not much variety. Lastly, some staff were very detached, unfriendly. I've been on other cruise lines, this is by far the most disappointing cruise I've been on. This cruise ship could have been a little more lively, it lacked excitement.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

John was our stateroom service member, he was very nice and helpful. We booked a mini-suite with balcony, it was very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with the stateroom.
