The ship is excellent, cabins are lovely, diamond staircase is absolutely stunning.

So now for the minus points,

Getting on the ship was an absolute nightmare we were due to embark at 1300 got there on time ,parked the car and had to queue with all our luggage in the car park,no trollies available, eventually the queue took us to the luggage drop off then another queue to get on the ship then we were given a number and told to wait in the waiting lounge, which took another hour, all the number cabins went through while us uneven numbers waited in the lounge which was very crowded waiting for a number to be called, so our embankment time turned out to be 15.40, all that time was waiting to get on the ship, the food on the ship was not nice, it was always Luke warm,I broke my tooth on a cheese and spinach puff pastry starter, the staff in the restaurant was not interested that the food was so hard that it broke my tooth,I told receptionist about my tooth and just got an apology and asked if I wanted medical assistance,I said are you going to pay for me to see the doctor they said no,
