I have gold status with NCL and have always enjoyed sailing from NYC. This has been my third cruise since the covid shutdown but first NCL since shutdown.

Premium Plus Beverage Package

Decided to upgrade to take advantage of premium alcohol. What they don't tell you is that availability is limited and only at certain bars. Just because your package includes French Champagne that does not mean they have it. Patron tequila was hard to find. Freshly OJ is great but ONLY available at the Buffet. That means you can't have it if you prefer to eat breakfast away from Buffet. Bottles of water are included but bars regularly ran out of them. Our room fridge had a few bottles of water at embarkation but no one told us that that is considered a minibar or what the cost is. We stored our "own" water in the fridge and they still charged me for a bottle of water that we never used on the last day. They did the same to our friends. Arguing for $6.50 at customer service on the last day is just not worth it. Perhaps that's what they hope for.
