I have been on the Conquest four times since September 2021 and i'm booked on her again October 2022. What I love about the Conquest is the old school feel of cruising. Let's start with the crew and the staff. WOW! Best cruise service ever from our room stewards, to our waiters in the restaurants to the FUN SQUAD ! Garry better known as Spicy G and Alana make everything fun. Also our cruise directors have been visible and spot on ! And the comedians (except one who was actually fired and put off the ship next day) are fabulous. From Ken Boyd- to Spike Davis and the infamous Cee-Jay. They are engaging , and funny as all get out. And you are warned... if you are easily offend GTFO ! CUDOS ! on to the food. On whatever cruise line you go on , there's always going to be meal on the cruise you dont care for and thats a given. Not everyone likes everything. I will say, the braised brisket- the short ribs and the fried chicken are always spot on. And please ! A guys Burger or a Burrito from the Blue Iguana? Always perfect ! I do love breakfast burrito as well. I will say in all honesty, i only eat in the buffet on embarkation day. I don't normally care for the food in the buffet on Carnival on a whole but then again, that's just me. I don't know what it is about the Conquest but she draws the friendliest cruise friends for life people. IN fact, I'm in the mist of planning a cruise with several people who met ( me included) for a cruise in November ! People, with all your pissing and moaning remember one thing...its not the ship or the food its who you are with and what you make of your cruise., Get out there and make new friends...meet people !

Cabin Review

Balcony

Ever since Covid Iv'e become balcony bougie even for weekend cruise and the cabin was fine. In fact we h ad three of us in one cabin for one trip . There was plenty of storage for all. The only thing I would say is they need to up grade the tv's to the larger ones as they have done on the refurbs and newer ships
