Sail Date: Jun 2022

We sailed with a few other couples and chose this Regal Princess sailing for the itinerary. We had not visited Montenegro or Turkey and they were definite highlights for us. In February - 4 months earlier, we had been on our first Celebrity cruise and were very impressed, making us wonder how we'd feel about returning to Princess.

This was our 3rd cruise on the Regal Princess and we had a very positive experience. This cruise felt like the "before days" as the ship seemed quite full, and things seemed to have returned to normal with a few minor exceptions at ports.

Both had wonderful crew members who went above and beyond to ensure guest happiness; both offered a variety of entertainment options

Cabin Review

Standard balcony - everything was comfortable/clean as expected. No complaints

Port Reviews

Athens (Piraeus)

Acropolis: Hot and crowded but still worth it; Great transit system

Istanbul

Amazing city teeming with life and rich with history and culture! Found people warm and welcoming.

Kusadasi

Ephasus was a busy day with a private half day tour - including the ruins, a pottery store/workshop and had an amazing lunch in a shaded outdoor garden amidst locals.
