We planned a cruise trip to Alaska happily ever in the beginning. After we booked the cruise trip, we found out a few days that the ship canceled one port stop in Icy Strait Point due to its own diesel engine issue. We then wanted to change to another ship cruise called the Discovery Princess cruising the similar places. However, the Princess company didn't respond to our request. the Princess line still didn't handle our complaints after our cruise trip.

On board the ship, there were many people who had the same issues, and they were all unhappy about the itinerary changes. The customers on board have different treatments for the same issue.

There were many other issues on the ship: 1) the stateroom was not clean enough, 2) dirty towels were put for use in the room, 3) housekeeping staff were not trained well on board, 4) the Toilet was not working for 4 times during the whole trip, each time last from 1 to 3 hours, very inconvenient. 5) Nobody knows the operation hours of the laundry room, 6) the washing machine was not working for many days (maybe from the beginning), buffet food was not good enough (but the dining rooms were good). 7) TV programs were old. 8) room renovation was not nice enough
