First river cruise with Viking Ships are small which is great.Staff were excellent Food was only average Excursions were good except for the Black Forest (Tourist Trap) Overall I will do another.Hotel Manager was GREAT best part of trip

Our pre excursion to Amsterdam was ok But Hotel was a nightmare would not give us a room till late in afternoon But were were there at 10:00 am What the hell was Viking thinking After a long Flight From California have to sit in the hotel lobby all day long. Probably not use Viking for hotel stays ever again. Also end of the sail last stop did not get to see because we had to go to the airport at 4:00am but Viking advertised it as a stop ??? Best excursion was a winery Albert Seltz in France Best wine Tasting event I have ever been too and believe me I have been to many!
