Premium plus package. Purchase because I like upscale wines. Premium wines are only available in the dining room and it will take an additional 15 minutes to convince staff the wine is included in the package. If they sit the wine on the table they assume you purchase the bottle and it will be placed on your bill. Only cheap bottles of wine is available to purchase by the bottle. Staff would also attempt to pass off cheaper wine, when they are unable to find the wine of your choice. Staff spill wine on my husband and did not offer to have his shirt clean. Really it was an ordeal at every meal to get the wine of our choice.

Deceitfulness- Check your bill daily. This is a pain as you are suppose to be on vacation. But we found errors everyday. Purchase pre paid tips, internet, excursions etc. However, room tip was added every day. This cannot be eliminated until end of trip, wine expenses, room service, etc

Internet. Basic internet really, really slow. 30 minutes spent in just eliminating 2 e-mail. When you buy the package note it is by the minute not the byte. Read more
