After signing up over 2 years ago and after having had to cancel twice, we finally made it. It was definitely worth it. The ship was clean and well maintained. The suite was nicely appointed and was well planned for storing all our stuff. The food was amazing no matter where we chose to eat . The staff was exceptional. Not a grumpy person among them. They were a so cheery and helpful all the time. This trip was exactly what was needed after 2 years of lock down. We loved all the little towns along the way and the port tastings. The tour to Salamanca Spain was a fun dirversion. We enjoyed our free time visiting the Art deco museum, shopping and just sitting in a couple of cafes. Going through the various lock along the river was fascinating but especially so for all the engineers on board. The largest of the locks had a drop/rise of 35 metres.
