Cabin: Spacious Panoramic Ocean View

This was DH and I first cruise post-restart and we were ecstatic to be back onboard a ship. The Explorer was in great condition considering her age. We did the Royal Up program and went from an inside cabin on deck 8 to Panoramic Ocean View on deck 12. We absolutely loved our cabin. We overlooked the peek-a-boo bridge and had floor to ceiling windows. Entertainment was a bit lacking, but we had a great time instead. We pre-purchased the 3-night dining package. We enjoyed the food in Giovanni's, but the lack of staff was very apparent here. Our waiter brought us the wrong order on each course. Our dinner at Chops was much better. Izumi was only available for lunch and was pretty under-whelming. Main Dining Room definitely didn't disappoint for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Embarkation was a breeze with only about a 15 minute wait time. Disembarkation was pretty unorganized for those carrying their own luggage - long wait and lines.

Spacious Panoramic Ocean View

Cabin was fantastic with floor to ceiling windows.

Aruba

We did the catamaran snorkel and open bar - very fun.
