Cruise was delayed 1 day but we weren’t informed til checkin. So taken to hotel for overnight stay with no further communication. Left at hotel with no means of returning to port the following morning even tho we were told we would be picked up by coach. Told that virgin would not be paying for evening meal as people would abuse it. Told we’d get $200 compensation as onboard spend and if we didn’t spend it it would be credited back to our credit card. 2 days later told this was untrue.

Food was awful.very little choice with no variation day by day. Ran out of sugar the first day then tea bags. Staff as lovely as they are spent all day dancing fist bumping and hugging. Too many upsetting incidents to list. Their response was ‘we are shaking up the stagnant cruise industry!!!’ Don’t try and fix what’s not broken. Will never ever ever cruise with virgin again.
