We decided to take a cruise with Carnival Sunrise to celebrate my children's birthday. We booked a Captain Suite expecting to have one of the best cabins in the ship and ended up having the worst space in the ship. The electric blinds were broken, the curtains had holes and missing hooks. The bathroom doors were not working and the bed strings were breaking our backs. The staff admitted that these problems had occurred prior to our arrival, yet no one informed us of the problems in the cabin. We notified the multiple staffers and they couldn't fix the problems because they didn't have the equipment in the ship. We were trying to have a fun and relaxing time with our family and ended up having a nightmare vacation. We asked for a partial refund and they denied it! I will never cruise with Carnival and be wear of room 9203!
