We love Princess and the staff are totally amazing. Everything about their ships are wonderful.

We give embarkation a 1 because SMS the shoreside company is awful. Princess made it amazing for us despite how awful SMS is.

We have sailed Princess cruises for over 30 years and they get better and better. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel so special and welcome. We cannot wait to sail with Princess again. Huge than you to all of the officers, Captain and entire crew. The ports of call are wonderful and Princess made sure we were well informed on where we were going and what our options were at the ports. They always were available shoreside in the ports of call and had fresh water and wet cloths when we returned. Other ships noticed Princess does that and thought it was really special too. The ships are kept in such great care and they were constantly cleaning and offering us anything we needed or wanted.
