This cruise was exceptional. The first 2 days were cold/chilly but then the weather was perfect for the end of January, beginning of February. We met some of the friendliest people on the boat. Every day, around 10:30 we would go to the Sunset Bar for a drink, and everyone was so friendly. We met people who are still working, and others retired. We talked about other cruises they have been on and asked questions that will help us make decisions in the future on what cruise to book.

In the afternoon the golf and bocce ball tournament would begin. Two (2) couples would play while the crowd would cheer them on. This was not a cruise sanction event but one we just did. This was the first cruise where we have kept in touch after we got off the ship.

The food and service in the specialty restaurants was great. The staff made sure everything was up to par and made just the way you wanted.

Signature Suite

We had a Reflection Suite which has its own private hallway that you need your sea pass card to get into. When you walked into your room on your right was a dry bar that had glassware, 2 bottle of premium alcohol (your choice) and plenty of bottled water. In the mini fridge you had your choice of beverages. We choose Franziskaner Weissbier and Coors Light along with diet coke and zero vitamin water. A nice size living room with sliding door to your veranda. Lots of storage in this area. The TV was 40” and a little too big for the room size.

The bedroom was small but served it purpose. Again, lots of storage and a 40” TV. Windows looking out onto the veranda. The small hallway to the bathroom had plenty of closet space. The bathroom was large with a jacuzzi tub that also served as the shower. It is a huge step into the tub and a little harder getting out. Some people could have a problem with this.

This room also came with unlimited specialty dinning at no additional cost. I would wait until you get on the ship to book.

Port Reviews

Belize City

You needed to tender in for this port. Once in port there is an area to shop but you really don't want to go out of that area.

Nassau

We got off the boat and walked to Paradise Island. Had a fantastic time and worked off a few of those cruise calories

Cozumel

Have not been to this port in many years. It has changed a lot. We walked about 10 miles along the water and just enjoyed the scenery.
