We reserved and paid for in full a GUARANTEED 2 BR, 2Bth, Living Room suite 2 months before the cruise. The night before the cruise we received an email with a different room than we selected announced. A 1 Br, 1 Bth suite, HALF THE SIZE! We spent 2 hours on the phone both that night and morning trying to get this corrected. NOTHING. We spent another 2 hours in line on the boat. Nothing until we went back at night. Then they moved us to 2 adjoining standard balcony rooms . UNACCEPTABLE. 3 days into the cruise We finally made contact with the right person. Within 2 hours we were moved to the suite we paid for. Plus the ship was old and run down. No activities. Furniture bad, pools and hot tubs closed, etc. Not the way to start a cruise with a first time customer. Because of this we will never cruise with Princess again
Once we were moved to the right room it was fine. But the hassle we went through to get what we paid for and were guaranteed was a major turn off. Never again
