This was my daughter's sweet 16 cruise and we definitely had some disappointments. We have more cons than pros.

Getting on the ship was very overwhelming with the amount of people trying to get on board. Prior to booking customer service never gave me an answer on the capacity but said that it wouldn't be at full capacity which was not the case. If it wasn't at full capacity than it was pretty close to it. First of all our first cruise back since the shutdown was in August and that ship had safety protocols in place...not Carnival.

Carnival does not enforce the hand washing before eating at the buffet. Once you're in the buffet EVERYONE serves themselves versus other cruises where the crew serves you. This ship was so packed that on Sea day there were no tables available. The outer dining such as guy's burgers and blue iguana were extremely long so for the first time in my cruise history and I've been on alot of cruises I had to order room service. Not happy about that at all but it is what it is.
