We travelled to Cyprus to pick up our cruise around the Greek Islands. The ship is one of the smaller classes but still has excellent facilities. We really enjoyed our time on the ship and it was nice that there was a limited amount of guests however having to wear a masks outside did seem a bit pointless when everyone is double jabbed and had negative tests. Highlights of the trip was the service and the food. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always cheery, say hello and are happy to help at any time. I must say that Drew in the Sky Bar was fantastic and could not do enough for us. Our two servers (Romesh and Ketut) in the Main dining room were good as well. There was just a couple of minor gripes that made the last day a bit stressful. When you leave the ship , Royal Caribbean organize a couple of stops of in a town and a little village. The only trouble was that we were not told this so had no suncream and were really dressed for going home. I had no desire to visit a small village that only sold lace and silver and would rather have gone to the airport to get checked in and relax. Once we arrived at the airport it seemed that all the other coaches had arrived at the same time and were all trying to check in at the same time. We were now all stood for an hour and half waiting to check in, this led to my wife being uncomfortable due to her knees and a lady behind me fell over. I think it would be better for RC to allow you to go to straight to the airport to ensure not everyone turned up at the same time. The other gripe was that we had the drinks package but random payments for drinks kept appearing on our bill. I spoke to customer service about these and they removed them, however now we have left the ship another payment has been put on our last day which we need to claim back.
