Not sure how fair this is going to be to the ship, as it was my first cruise, so I have little basis for comparison. But this was my take, for what it's worth.

Room - Was very nice, we had a balcony room on the 10th Deck. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom however is painfully small. I had to walk in sideways to the WC and shower. And I was constantly bumping into things. WIFI was not great.

Food - Going in, I think the general view amongst my family was something like Las Vegas on the water. This was not the case in terms of the food quality. I found all the restaurants to be very meh.
