NCL excels on customer service and the Encore is the best of the best. The cabin’s layout allows for so much storage and room to walk around. Big bathroom with excellent shower. Two Broadway shows were very entertaining. I usually only eat in restaurants on the ship but the Encore’s buffet was exceptional. So many delicious varieties of food. Enough pool lounges for all passengers. The Encore has everything I ever thought could be better on a ship. The large public spaces allowed for lots of social interaction or not. Two big pools with hot tubs and outdoor showers on two levels. I never passed a staff member who didn’t say hello with a big smile. The decorative touches on the ship were elegant. Eight fast elevators made all levels easily accessible. The returning cruisers cocktail party with open bar was a great way to start off the cruise. It is nice to be appreciated for sailing with NCL.
