Chose this cruise due to very reasonable price. Never sailed with MSC before and heard that they had fantastic food. Our experience was that food in main dining room was mediocre at best, and not up to par with Norwegian or Princess cruiselines. Had a steak fiorst night, it was tough as shoe leather. Buffet selections were OK, but scrambles eggs were cold every day. Stage performers worked very hard but show not up to standards of other cruise lines.

Embarkation process was very smooth. The disembarkation process was worst and slowest of the 12 or more cruises we have taken. A lot of wasted time and seemed very disorganized..

The sttaff tried very hard to please, and several staff members were outstanding. This ship did not have as much staff as other cruise lines, and could definitely use more.. Read more
