We (2pp in 30s) cruised with carnival before. We are heavy travelers. We enjoy dining very much. I will compare Norwegian with my past carnival, because Norwegian was more expensive so I expected more with my money, but we were disappointed.
We did not purchase special dining so this review is for people who would think the same. Spend min money on boat, max money on shore excursions.

Sink is outside and wash hand will cause water everywhere.

Be aware green and black shirt people at cruise dock, they are the same company selling excursions.
Aruba
Rashi beach. Take L10A bus, 5 dollar round trip for 1 person. Fish every where. Clear water.
St. Lucia
The volcano is on the south part of the beach. Long drive. We didn't go
St. Kitts (Port Zante)
Don't drive yourself. Very tricky drive. You will scratch the car. Hire a local taxi. Totally worth it.
St. Thomas
5 dollar entrance for Megan's bay. Sand fleas everywhere. Chair rental is scam. You need to carry yourself or tip the guys to do it.
