Food was average for cruise line but did not offer lobster in main dining room or other included options. Lobster was offered in the a la carte restaurant (Gagneys) but it was extra cost ($19) on dining package. Staff were very good, clean rooms and pleasant waiters. Poorly organized cruise all around. With over 4000 guests how is a 800 theatre to accomodate? Good luck seeing any of the entertainment. Cannot reserve shows before boarding and by the time you get on ship all shows are sold out, you have to wait in line to see if people don't show up. I pre booked all my excursions only to have one cancelled the night before as they overbooked. How is that possible if pre booked? Getting off ship was a nightmare, 2.5hours in hot sun waiting for Fort Lauderdale bus. ( they changed our flight from Miami to FLL). No NCL staff outside to direct guests at all. Not enough outside seating, only found chairs on pool level and deck 8. Book with Celebrity or Royal Caribbean save the headaches.
