Sail Date: Jun 2019
Cabin: Club World Owners Suite

We chose this cruise because, during a previous World Journey cruise, we were told that the Baltics was where we should go next. We have found that, even though we think we are well traveled, those we spoke with on that cruise made us feel we never left our state.

The reason that we keep coming back to the Azamara Journey is because of the intimacy of the experience. The crew continues to make us feel like family. Under the direction of Heike Berdos, they perform flawlessly. Nothing is a problem, but rather a pleasure and a challenge to keep raising their individual bar of excellence.

The food was spectacular as normal. We ate in the specialty restaurants most nights, but enjoyed the outdoor grill on a regular breakfast. The Butler service with afternoon canapes and morning breakfast was deal winner for us. There is a "Best of the Best" dinner that shows the imagination of Chef Iwan made the cruise special.

Cabin Review

Club World Owners Suite

We had one of the owners suites in the back of the ship. We enjoyed it. The only thing that i wished would be that the wall around the balcony could somehow have glass versus metal to have a view while on a deck chair. I know there are probably structural issues with that, but worth exploring...
