Went on Costa Fortuna for about 2 weeks (2 adults 2 children) just came back. We have great things to say about the staff in restaurants, buffet and room service. The food was good and catered for food allergies. Although that’s it for the positives the rest was terrible. Spa manager was very rude, not all the gym classes booked online are available on ship. Took 6 attempts to get refunded. Kids club catered for Italians speaking mainly, even if on occasions the majority of kids spoke English. Entertainment very limited, musician accompanied by audio music. People complained for extra cost for water and gratuities. Pool deck unmanaged people leave towels on chairs all day (yet not used) leaving no seats available. Air conditioning in rooms hot and stuffy, reported 4 times no change. We had pina colada on board it was very watery no taste. Excursions on board way too expensive.
