One of our bucket list items was to visit New Zealand, overall the cruise was good and we visited some great places. Only downside is the excursions booking thru Princess are to expensive so l would suggest to anyone book once you go ashore at destinations and you will save a lot of money. Food and dining was good with great wait staff who where friendly and helpful. The Ruby Princess is a ship that we think needs refurbishment as it is starting to show wear and tear. Entertainment was ok without being brilliant but we enjoyed what we attended. When booking your cruise the dining times are stated incorrectly as we booked for 7.15pm however when you get on board it is actually 7.30pm, a couple of nights we did not get our eat till 8.15 so l would suggest booking the earlier seating and if you need to eat later go to Horizons upstairs.
