It was a xmas cruise and was australia tasmania and new zealand. would have done 3 days in bay of islands at the end of our cruise if we had been aware. Lack of signage on stairwell and floors. theatre too small and countless passengers were reserving seats. Great experience in da vinci. Buffet could of had better selection of hot vegetables. disappointing in lack of xmas food. No cherries. Strawberriess mince pies. Xmas cake. Excellent service in stateroom and dining rooms. very disappointed in size of theatre and the amount of passengers reserving seats every night except day 14. we were in theatre more than 30 minutes before show. no crew monitoring reservation of seats. One particular passengers was reserving 6 plus seats every evening except for last 2 nights and made it impossible for us to take these seats. not a great ship to navigate your way around.

Not a good ship too navigate around. Lack of signage all over the ship. Theatre too small and constant problem with passengers reserving seats when it’s not allowed but nobody monitoring it. Need to be at shows a minimum of 45 minutes before show. Da Vinci meals were great and waiters were amazing. Cain stewards exceptional. Disappointed in no cherries strawberries mince pies or XMAS CAKE on board and it was a Xmas cruise. Lack of inconsistent communication from crew to passengers. Otherwise we had a great cruise with amazing ports
