The islands that we did go to was really nice the food was okay the problem that i had is im a platinum plus and we had more than one room our daughters room was never done when we arrived we complained more than 2 times just to get there rooms done by then it was after midnight, we never got our stuff that was due to us like champagne, chocolate strawberries, water we have not gotten that until the 3rd day and we have called and went to the front desk, our room was never cleaned and when it was it was lome 8 at night buy the way we was out our room almost all day,we could not use our dinner package and we had 5 because they was already book solid, the staff was by far the worst i have came cross you ask them a question the answer nasty they pay you no mind you have to ask 3 and 4 times just to get it ,and on top of all that i get pull by security for my pass port as i was leaving the ship for buying to much liquor. And this was my husband birthday no cake nothing i have been traveling on Norwegian with my family anout 8 cruises and i have been treated horrible this was the worst.
