The worst experience ever! Staff was rude and unfriendly, possibly tired and overworked. From embarkation to disembarkation day and customs...they all just seemed unhappy, except our stateroom stewards! Food was bland, subpar and had limited options throught the ship during certain times of the day...so it was the same food offered every day! Late night restaurant was always understaffed so, food was slow to table and overcooked in some cases. Entertainment was boring and catered to a "certain" crowd. Everything closed early, not leaving us many late night entertainment options. Ship was old inside and out and just lacked any excitement. Norwegian is very unorganized, from the directions given to the cruise terminal, to majority of the information we received on the boat. The ports in Mexico lacked any excitement as well. Same souvenir shops and borderline harrassed and bombarded to make purchases. Definitely was overpriced, even the shops on the boat. Was not worth it...I would never cruise with Norwegian again!!
