-balcony very small and shallow - could not use two loungers at once

We took this cruise as a winter getaway, and it served its purpose.

positives:

- we feel there's been an improvement in the quality of the entertainment, both in small venues and in the Princess Theatre (compared to previous Princess cruises)

-we appreciated the full service sit-down pizzeria on board (no charge)

-International cafe is a great place for a light meal or dessert

-embarkation and disembarkation were a breeze

not-so-positive:

-it is hard to find a quiet spot on the ship outside of your cabin - even retreat pool area has noise filtering from other areas

-food in main dining room is ok, but not exceptional -- appetizers were more inventive than mains

-need to arrive at Princess Theatre at least 1/2 hour before showtime to get a seat

negative:

-we found the medallion app not user-friendly, complicated to access the internet app, and chat function not useful, as there is no notification that message has been sent
