Cabin: Spa Balcony Stateroom

This was a pre-Thanksgiving cruise with family and having been on a numver of cruises before, but never with NCL, I have to say the experience truly gave everyone in our party a mixed bag.

Some of the good:

- Stateroom Attendant. Her attentiveness throughout the week was top notch quality and top notch customer service. We had several incidents with our room: TV remote stopped working, TV itself wouldn't turn on, lights inoperative, A/C stopped working. Every time we reached out to her, the problem was solved within the hour. And she even followed-up on each issue to ensure we were satisfied.

Harvest Caye

Cocoa Experience. Spent more time out of the 6 hours in a combination of boat/bus to get to/from the cocoa farms than the actual farms themselves.
