First cruise on this ship. Internals similar to Sun and Sea Princess but bigger. Takes a while to get from one end to the other, apparently has 3500 passengers in Australia but up to 4500 whilst overseas. This probably explains why ship did not feel busy ( except of course in Princess Theatre-as per usual for Princess Cruises).
Being set up for overseas it had things that Princess once had in Australian ships.eg free soft cone ice creams, full cream ice cream at Bistro ( or Marketplace as they call it), pizza's free but with other items, free noodle bar, free hamburgers etc.
Alcohol is expensive as no Australian $6 beers ( they were $8.50) no $9 glass of wine ( they were $14 up) compared to P&O. Duty free prices on board for alcohol was still twice the price in Port Vila.
Excellent, except for lots of banging under every now and then.
As per usual went snorkelling and seen the large green turtle for 6th time in a row.
Cheap grog shop being cleaned up but still prices low. Been may times but found a good alley with nice cafe good coffee and cheap cold beer.
Climbed hill and walked all over the island, didn't swim as not much to see in water.
Rained all day so just walked around, still very busy and pick pockets everywhere.
Walked into town - new Mc Donalds was great. Lovely coffee at half the price of Gloria Jeans in middle of town.
Just walked up the hill to Notre Dame of Pacific - lovely views not too hard as weather was good. They are redoing the waterfront area.
